Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions about using VetMarts—covering access, verification, orders, vendors, and support.

Access & Eligibility

VetMarts is built exclusively for licensed veterinary professionals and verified suppliers. Clinics, hospitals, and qualified vets can request access, while vendors must pass a business verification process before joining the platform.

Yes. For veterinarians and clinics, a valid Vet Syndicate ID is required as part of the verification process. This helps us keep VetMarts strictly professional and protect the integrity of the marketplace.

Prices, Stock & Orders

No. Real prices and stock levels are visible only to verified members. This protects vendor data and ensures that only professional clinics and veterinarians access marketplace information.

Once your account is approved, you can browse products, compare offers from multiple vendors, and add items to your cart. After confirming your order, you will receive email and/or WhatsApp/SMS updates as the order is processed.

Yes. VetMarts is designed as a multi-vendor marketplace. You can place orders from more than one vendor, and the system will organize each vendor’s part of the order and keep you updated on status.

Registration & Verification (Vets)

You can start by clicking “Vet Registration” and filling in your clinic details, contact information, and Vet Syndicate ID. Once you submit the form, our team reviews your information and confirms your access by email.

Verification times may vary, but in most cases it is completed within a short period after you submit all required information. If anything is missing, our team will contact you directly to complete your profile.

If your registration cannot be approved, we will inform you by email and clarify what is missing or why the account cannot be activated. You may be asked to provide additional documents or updated information to proceed.

Payments & Delivery

Payment methods may vary based on your location, vendor agreements, and the stage of the project. Details about accepted payment options will be clearly shown at checkout or communicated during onboarding.

Orders are fulfilled by the respective vendors. VetMarts connects you with approved suppliers and helps you track order status, while each vendor remains responsible for preparing and dispatching the products.

You will receive updates by email and, where available, via WhatsApp or SMS for key events such as order confirmation, preparation, and dispatch. You can also check your order status at any time from your VetMarts account dashboard.

Vendors & Products

Only legitimate suppliers and distributors of veterinary products can become vendors on VetMarts. Each vendor must provide valid business and TAX documents so we can ensure a trusted and compliant marketplace.

Click “Vendor Registration” and complete the form with your company details, TAX information, product categories, and contact person. Our team will review your application and contact you to finalize onboarding.

VetMarts is focused on professional veterinary products only. This includes medicines, vaccines, equipment, consumables, and clinic supplies that meet the relevant standards and regulations.
